Retourneren & Omruilen
Eenvoudige & probleemloze retouren
We willen dat je blij bent met je aankoop, maar als je een artikel wilt retourneren, is het proces snel en eenvoudig. Je hebt 30 dagen vanaf de ontvangst van je artikel om een terugbetaling of omruiling aan te vragen.

Retourneren
Onze retourpolicy is 30 dagen. Als er 30 dagen verstreken zijn sinds je aankoop, kunnen we helaas geen terugbetaling of omruiling aanbieden.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet je artikel ongebruikt en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin je het hebt ontvangen. Het moet ook in de originele verpakking zitten.
Producten die in nieuwstaat zijn zoals ze zijn verzonden, worden in aanmerking genomen voor retouren.
Om je retour te voltooien, hebben we een bewijs van aankoop of het ontvangstbewijs nodig en de retouren moeten via een traceerbare verzendservice worden verzonden.

Er zijn bepaalde situaties waarin alleen gedeeltelijke terugbetalingen worden verleend (indien van toepassing):

Elk item dat niet in de originele staat verkeert, beschadigd is of waarvan onderdelen ontbreken om redenen die niet onze fout zijn
Elk item dat meer dan 30 dagen na levering wordt geretourneerd

Omruilen & Defecte Artikelen:
• Heb je een ander item nodig? Laat het ons binnen 14 dagen weten. Voor omruilingen ben jij mogelijk verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten van het vervangende item.
• Defect of beschadigd item? Stuur ons gewoon een foto en wij lossen het snel op.
• Ontbrekende, onjuiste of beschadigde items moeten binnen 48 uur na levering worden gemeld.
• Als een vervangend product niet beschikbaar is, bieden we mogelijk een terugbetaling aan.
